Customer Service Executive – Lisbon & Athens

We are looking for motivated customer service executives fluent in either of these languages German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, Finnish, Russian, Czech and Slovak together with English to;

Know company products inside and out so that you can answer customer questions and provide personalized solutions to customers’ queries

Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times and proactively offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Accurately record and maintain all customer feedback and inquiries into the customer services database

Requirements

Desired experience working with customers

High School Diploma or Higher

Language: Native/bilingual fluency in either German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, Finnish Russian, Czech or Slovak all together with English (C1)
